Tesco Stretford – Non Standard Structures

Tesco Stretford

In November 2012 Global-MSI completed the installation of two non-standard petrol station structures for Tesco at Stretford close to Manchester city centre.

Global-MSI was commissioned to supply and install a curved extension to an existing sales building and full perimeter fascia system around the existing and new parts. The extension and fascia cladding consists of a steel frame, composite cladding panels, faceted glazed shopfront elements, steel security doors and a high-level curved aluminium powder-coated fascia system to various depths around the entire perimeter.

Six columns at the fuelling positions and two columns support the canopy over the fuel dispensers where the canopy ‘links’ to the sales building. The non-standard canopy includes one curved elevation, a shallow fascia depth around the perimeter and a sloping canopy underlining system
