Global-MSI is delighted to have recently completed the installation of two iconic forecourt canopies on the southbound carriageway of the A1 at Wyboston in Bedfordshire. Among a number of service station structures completed in January 2014, the forecourt canopies at Wyboston really do stand out as being radically different to the standard.
Whilst the canopy materials used did not vary greatly from conventional flat top canopies, the 3-island HGV canopy and the separate 3-island Retail canopy have steeply-inclined roof falls, such that the canopy profiles appear to be forming the letter-W when viewed by passing traffic on the A1.
