In February 2020 Global-MSI completed the installation of a large canopy over at London’s Stansted Airport Coach station. It was a requirement of the project that the operation of coach arrivals and departures remained uninterrupted adding to the complexity of the project’s management. Positioning of the columns to suit the site’s operations whilst avoiding the various underground services was another potential difficulty, as was installing the lightweight roof covering during windy conditions. Despite all of these obstacles the project was completed within budget and programme and a high-quality end-product was achieved.
