Following reports of a forecourt canopy in Wakefield letting water through during rain, Global-MSI attended site to investigate and prepare a report & recommendations. On inspection our Surveyor found that the original roof sheets and gutters were still in place and were badly rusted due to weathering. Despite the canopy being 30 years old, we were able to locate the original construction drawings in our archive. A short while later the materials were replaced to the original specification over a 4 day period. The canopy appearance has been completely transformed as can be seen from the before & after photographs.
