In June 2025 Global-MSI completed the design, manufacture & installation of the forecourt sales building extension for Motor Fuel Group at their Leamington Spa Morrisons forecourt. The extension accommodates a Pret A Manger restaurant and take-away. Global-MSI provided design coordination between the new and the existing steelwork & cladding that was also supplied by Global-MSI, in 2014. The latest scope of work included the steel frame, insulated gutter, roof & wall panels, shopfront extension, and personnel door.
