In July 2024 Global-MSI completed the installation of the sales building and canopy at this impressive looking site in Jarrow, Tyne & Wear.
The sales building included the design & installation of the steel frame, insulated panels systems, brick slips, feature bullnose fascias, brise soleil, and fibre cement cladding with wood textured finish.
The forecourt features a 4 square column arrangement with link to the sales building.
The railway line in close proximity to the rear of the site caused some challenges but these were overcome by our project team with the assistance of main contractor McFadden Building & Civil Engineering Ltd.
